Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Shipping times
– Bulgaria: 1–3 business days
– EU: 3–5 business days
– International (including USA): 5–10 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message.

Orders within Bulgaria and the European Union are not subject to customs fees or import taxes.

For orders shipped to the United States, all duties and taxes are included in the price (DDP), so no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

For all other international destinations, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.

Teora Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Please make sure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
